Reviews, Analytical Procedures and Ratio Analysis
A review is substantially less in scope than an audit, and can be performed when a full audit is not necessary. Reviews include inspection and analysis of your financial statements and the performance of analytical procedures. Using ratio analysis, we can uncover trends in your company’s operational performance based on this year and prior years, and compare it to similar companies in your industry. We will work with management to understand your financial strengths and weaknesses, and provide alternative “outside the box” ways to improve your current financial position.
Compiled Financial Statements
To perform a compilation, we simply gather and present all of your financial data into a format that is universally accepted by readers of financial statements. In some cases, a prospective purchaser or a bank may not require a full audit or review, but they will almost always want to look at your companies financial data in a format that makes it easy to understand. And by compiling your financial statements now, it is much easier to perform a review or audit if it is required down the road.
